Class Cancellation by Participants

1. Cancellation Period: Participants may cancel their reservation for a class up to 24 hours before the scheduled class time without incurring any cancellation fees.
2. Late Cancellation: If you cancel a class within 24 hours of the scheduled class time or fail to attend the class without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund, and the class credit will be forfeited.

Refunds

1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available for classes canceled by Shivam Yoga Studio or in exceptional circumstances, subject to our discretion.
2. Refund Process: If we cancel a class, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
3. Exceptional Refunds: If you believe that exceptional circumstances warrant a refund, please contact us with details of your request. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis and may grant refunds at our discretion.

Membership and Passes

1. Membership and Pass Expiry: Please note that memberships and class passes have specific expiry dates. It is your responsibility to use them within the stipulated time frame.
2. Non-Transferable: Memberships and class passes are non-transferable and cannot be shared or used by anyone other than the registered participant.
